70's Card Deck

After choosing a theme, the goal was to create a playing card deck through the use of illustration and colours.

The Problem

The goal was to design a deck of playing cards that included a carrying case, a King, Queen, Jack and a number card. The series of cards would reflect the theme and provide visual interest.

The Solution

The theme chosen revolves around a retro, 70's theme which acts nostalgic, but also remains familiar to a younger crowd. The use of colour and illustration reflect the theme while also remaining consistent throughout the deck.
